Last updated: August 4, 2026. RESET HAUS LLC, doing business as Coral Business, offers full refunds if you cancel before written onboarding acceptance and before work begins. A full refund also applies if we decline or cancel your project before work starts.
Digital diagnostic and discovery services are non-refundable once complete onboarding is accepted in writing and work begins, unless law requires otherwise. Before filing a payment dispute, please reach out directly via our official Contact page.

Payments
Turnaround time starts only after we review and accept your complete onboarding info in writing; payment alone does not start the clock. Client delays pause timelines. Implementation follow signed proposals and milestones.
Report material scope errors within 7 days for correction. Marketplace or promotional purchases are limited to the amount paid. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; timing depends entirely on your specific processor.
