1. Mission Scope

Services include digital diagnostics and implementation. We offer business systems analysis and automation opportunities. Implementation of specific tools is optional, carries a separate scope, and requires a distinct project quote.

2. Payment/Delivery

Full payment is required for orders. Turnaround begins only after we review and accept complete onboarding information in writing. Payment alone does not start delivery. Estimates are provided for guidance but are not fixed deadlines.

3. Client Obligations

You must provide accurate onboarding materials. We maintain confidentiality regarding your data. Any changes to a project's original scope after commencement will require a new agreement and may result in additional professional fees.

4. Rights and Advice

Reports are for internal use; IP resides with us. We do not provide accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice, nor do we guarantee specific financial results. Refunds are governed exclusively by our established Refund Policy.

5. Legal Liability
